1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "fd7" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" refers to the operator of the fd7 platform accessible at fd7.pro.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the fd7 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the fd7 website at fd7.pro, including all games, services, promotional offers, and account features available therein.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the fd7 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the funds held in a Player's fd7 wallet, including both real-money funds and bonus credits where specified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, or other non-cash credits awarded to a Player's account by fd7.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The fd7 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. fd7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where this requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the fd7 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. fd7 targets adult players in Bangladesh and operates its services accordingly. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or use the platform.

2.3 Account Registration

To create an fd7 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must update this information promptly if it changes. fd7 reserves the right to request verification documents at any stage to confirm the accuracy of information provided.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register only one account on the fd7 platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or a different one, and whether on the same device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fd7 will close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fd7 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fd7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact fd7 support immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

fd7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with industry standards. You may be required to submit identification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — before making withdrawals or at any other time fd7 deems necessary. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your fd7 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure, subject to completed KYC verification and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations, will be returned to you via your registered payment method. fd7 reserves the right to close accounts at its own discretion, including for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or responsible gaming concerns.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

fd7 supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. fd7 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, except where fd7 determines an alternative method is necessary. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within five minutes of approval; other methods may take longer depending on the payment provider's processing times. fd7 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed from a Player's real-money balance. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Winnings generated from wagering Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal only once the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. fd7 reserves the right to deduct the value of any bonus from a withdrawal amount if the associated wagering requirement has not been completed.

4.4 Refused or Reversed Transactions

fd7 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, fd7 may freeze the relevant funds pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by fd7 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where there is any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and any maximum bet restrictions will be specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fd7 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk. If fd7 determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and restrict or close the Player's account.

5.4 Promotional Changes

fd7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice. Promotions are not combinable unless explicitly stated. Players who attempt to claim the same promotion multiple times or across multiple accounts will be subject to account action as described in Section 2.4.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games available on the fd7 platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous outcomes and cannot be influenced by the Player or by fd7. fd7 partners exclusively with licensed game studios whose RNG certification is independently audited.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during gameplay, fd7 reserves the right to void affected bets. If a game round cannot be completed due to a system error, the stake will be returned to the Player's account balance. Winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will not be honoured.

6.3 Sportsbook Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the fd7 sportsbook are subject to fd7's betting rules as published on the platform from time to time. fd7 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were published due to error, or where the integrity of the event is in doubt. Winnings on voided bets are returned as the original stake amount.

6.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fd7 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain
• Fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or payment disputes made in bad faith
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process

7. Responsible Gaming

fd7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players are encouraged to make use of the deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools available in their account settings. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the fd7 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and the overall platform design, is the property of fd7 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the fd7 platform without prior written consent from fd7.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

fd7 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. fd7 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform, and does not sell personal data to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fd7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. fd7's total liability to any Player arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

fd7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fd7 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the platform or via the contact method on file. Continued use of the fd7 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to amended Terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through fd7's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable territory. fd7 will make reasonable efforts to resolve Player complaints promptly and fairly through its support team, which can be contacted at [email protected].

13. Complaints & Disputes

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the fd7 service, please contact our support team in the first instance. fd7 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, fd7 will communicate the escalation process to the Player. All complaints must be submitted in writing via the contact email address provided on this platform.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the fd7 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and fd7 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
